SAIRA KHALID KHAN
Saira is a Senior Associate, based in the Islamabad offices of the Firm, and has an LLB (Hons) – External from the University of Northumbria, has completed her Bar Professional Training Course in 2013 from BPP University, and was thereafter called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn.
She advises clients on all kinds of corporate and commercial matters including but not limited to; registration of branch offices of foreign companies, incorporation of companies in Pakistan and other regulatory matters. She has advised clients on corporate strategy and assisted with the structuring and mergers and acquisitions (including pre-merger approvals and filings).
She has telecommunications experience which includes advising national and international telecom companies operating in Pakistan. She has also advised clients on the new data protections and privacy laws in Pakistan.
Saira has been involved in advising clients on setting up of power projects in Pakistan.
