M. KHALIQUE ERFAN
Mr. Erfan, B.A., LL.B., and enrolled as an Advocate, has been practicing law for over fifteen years and is a Senior Associate at the Firm.
The Firm taking advantage of Mr. Erfan’s vast experience with specific emphasis on financial, corporate, and banking law and civil laws, has exclusively made him responsible for all litigation matters of the Firm. He appears before the Courts in Pakistan and supervises all litigation matters before the Banking / District / High Courts level.
Mr. Erfan has successfully handled several important litigation and arbitration matters inter alia relating to Company Law, Banking, Property, Real Estate matters and Intellectual Property management i.e., Trademark, Copyright and Patent & Design.
Mr. Erfan is also involved in drafting, opining, and advising on commercial, banking, and financial matters and specializes in opining and advising in matters relating to property / security documentation, rent laws and company matters in the Federal Capital Territory, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Mr. Erfan advises and assists numerous financial institutions and Banks on behalf of the Firm.
Before joining Legal Oracles, he has been working in a reputed law firm as Manager Legal and was responsible for looking after Corporate, SME and Consumer Finance, title verifications, opinions, revenue matters and securitization. Since 2008 till 2013 he was employed with the MCB Bank as Supervisor of Risk Management Group.
