HAJRA MALIK
Ms. Malik holds an LLB (Hons) degree Islamia College, Peshawar, and an LLM in International and Maritime Laws from Bahria University, Islamabad. Ms. Malik is stationed at the Firm’s Islamabad office, and is involved in drafting and vetting of variety of commercial and business contracts in relation to various legal matters, including but not limited to, labour disputes, wage disputes, banking matters, companies disputes, family matters, telecommunication law, consumer law related etc. She also provides valuable assistance to the Partners in matters before the High Courts, the Supreme Court of Pakistan as well as other quasi-judicial forums. Ms. Malik also has a keen interest in litigation, wherein she has been involved in drafting innumerable cases to be presented before any judicial fora.
