Mr. Wyne is a Partner operating from the Islamabad office of the Firm. He holds a BBA (Hons.) from the National University of Science and Technology, Pakistan and acquired a degree of LLB (Hons.) from the Buckingham University, UK. He is a Barrister of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2010.

Mr. Arab is Partner operating from the Karachi office of the Firm. He holds LLB (Hons.) from the Buckingham University, UK. He began practicing immediately after graduating at renowned law firm in Karachi.

Mr. Yousafzai is Partner in-charge of the Firm’s Peshawar office. He has an LLB (Hons.) degree from London Metropolitan University, UK and LLM in International Carriage of Goods from City University London. His area of expertise is Corporate, Banking, Civil and Criminal litigation. He is also a member of the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn, London.

Mr. Khan is Partner responsible for operations of both Afghanistan and Pakistan. Mr. Khan is the focal point of coordination between the offices of the Firm both in International Jurisdictions and in Pakistan. Mr. Khan holds a Masters in International Relations from the University of Peshawar and has an LLB (Hons.) from the University of London.

Mr. Iqbal, for almost two decades has established his mantle in dispute resolution with regards to Real Estate and Transfer of Property (Domestic as well as International Real Estate Transactions). He has advised on and executed numerous transactions with regards to immigration through investment program, to Turkey, Commonwealth & Schengen Countries and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Sajid carries more than 10 years of experience. His continued success in the field of Tax Law on behalf of Federal Board of Revenue lead to establishment of Tax department. Our Tax department litigation work before the Courts and Tribunal is assisted by Mr. Sajid and his team to represent clients before the Taxation officer and CIT (Appeals).

Mr. Barkandi is a licenced Advocate of the Supreme Court since the year 1995 and has extensive experience in matters relating to corporate legal practice. His expertise includes matters relating to Civil Law, Project Finance and Corporate Finance, Banking and Finance Law, Tax Laws, Property and Land Matters and Service Matters amongst others. He has been actively assisting the Evacuee Trust Property, Pakistan, The Forest Development Corporation KPK, Peshawar and the National Institute of Management, KPK, Peshawar amongst many others.

Mr. Abbasi is a licenced Advocate of Supreme Court since the year 2008 and has a vast experience in litigation. He is experienced in the fields of Civil Law, Property and Land Matters, Power and Energy Law, Banking and Finance Law, Energy and Power, Project Finance and Corporate Finance, Tax Laws and Criminal Law. Mr. Abbasi was appointed as Assistant Advocate General Punjab in the year 2005 and later elevated as the judge of the Honourable Lahore High Court in the year 2016.

Mr. Kakakheil is a licenced Advocate of High Courts and is the head of litigation team of the Peshawar Office of Legal Oracles. Mr. Kakakheil completed his LLM in (Corporate Law) from University of Hertfordshire in the year 2009 and has since been an active member of the Firm. His expertise includes Banking Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, Power and Energy Law and Criminal Law amongst others. He is responsible for dealing with clients including the Bank of Khyber, Federal Board of Revenue, Peshawar Housing Authority and PESCO/WAPDA amongst many others.

Mr. Hassnain holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Peshawar and LLB from Karachi University and is licensed as an Advocate. Mr. Hassnain carries more than 20 years of experience in Property, Labour and Employment, Income Tax, Corporate and Commercial Practice and Litigation.

Mr. Khan holds an LLB degree from University of Punjab and is licenced as an Advocate. Mr. Khan has 20 years of experience as a practising lawyer in the fields of Challenge to acquisition of land, Challenge to Award of land acquisition, Change of land use matters, Challenge to notifications of acquisition of land, Litigation services for partition of family lands, and Services for de-notification of land Legal advice, legal services and litigation services.

Mr. Erfan holds an LLB degree from IUB, Pakistan. Mr. Erfan is stationed at the Islamabad office of the Firm. His forte is Mutation of land, Challenge to acquisition of land, Partition matters in land revenue, Demarcation of land, Litigation services for partition of family lands, Legal documentation related to land revenue, Due diligence to verify the land title, possession, land use, Due diligence for zonal plan verification, legal compliance verification and Banking and Finance. He carries a rich experience in securitization of the immovable and collaterals.

Ms. Khan is Managing Associate and stationed at the Islamabad office of the Firm. Ms. Khan holds an LLB degree from University of London and has been practicing as an Advocate since 2014. Her expertise includes Litigation in Civil and Corporate matters, Labour law, Corporate structuring, Company Law, Dispute Resolution and Competition Law.

Mr. Surrani holds his L.L.B from Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan, KPK. Mr. Surrani is stationed at the Islamabad office of the Firm. He has vast experience in Constitution Law, Tax Law, Companies Law, Civil Law, Labor Law, Criminal Law and High Court Litigation. Mr. Surrani is in-charge of all the litigation.

Mr. Siddiqi holds Legal Practice Course MSc in Law, Business and Management (University of Law, London, United Kingdom), Graduate Diploma in Law (BPP University, London, United Kingdom) and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, BEng (Loughborough University, Loughborough, United Kingdom).

Ms. Waheed completed her L.L.B (Hons.) from the University of London in 2016 and has been practicing as an Advocate since 2017. She is currently stationed at the Islamabad office of the Firm. She assists the partners in matters regarding Afghanistan, corporate and litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions and assisting in case preparation.

Mr. Thahim holds L.L.B degree from Hamdard School of Law at Karachi, Pakistan and stationed at Karachi office of the Firm. Mr. Thahim has been providing expert legal advice, consultancy and litigation matters of Banking and Finance, Civil Litigation, Cooperate, Family disputes and non-contentious matter with regard to laws of Pakistan.

Mr. Ali holds LLB (Hon) degree from Islamia College and University, Peshawar, Pakistan and stationed at Peshawar office of the firm. Mr. Ali has been providing expert legal advice, in Civil, Criminal and Family cases and also deals with litigation in the courts with regard to laws of Pakistan. Mr. Ali is also good command on drafting legal opinions as well as legal drafting for court purposes before Civil, Session and High Court.

Mr. Khan holds an L.L.B. degree from Khyber Law College University of Peshawar, Pakistan LLB (Hon) and is stationed at Peshawar office of the firm. Mr. Khan has been providing expert legal advice, consultancy and litigation matters both Civil and Criminal, Arbitration, Recovery suits, Matrimonial suits, corporate, Criminal, Winding-up petitions, Consumer rights, Motor accident claims and many more areas.

Mr. Khan holds an LLM (Commercial Law) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and an LLB from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan, along with a B.A. (Law and Political Science) from the Government College Peshawar, University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Mr. Khan has been providing expert legal advice, dealing with litigation matters pertaining to both, Civil and Criminal, Arbitration, Recovery suits, Matrimonial suits, corporate, Criminal, Winding-up petitions.

Mr. Ali holds LLB (Hon) degree from Islamia College and University, Peshawar, Pakistan and stationed at Peshawar office of the firm. Mr. Ali has been providing expert legal advice, in Civil, Criminal and Family rich experience vis-à-vis legal drafting, legal research, compliance and regulatory affairs. Ms. Noor Bukssh is an expert in Government relations and looks after the firm’s Government Relations with regards to all regulatory, compliance and matters that involve different government departments and ministries. Ms. Noor Bukhsh is a licensed advocate from the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association.

Mr. Hamwatan has been part and parcel of the Firm since 2004. Mr. Hamwatan has been involved with the founding partner of the Firm ever since the inception of the Firm. Mr. Hamwatan holds an LLB degree from a well-reputed University of Afghanistan and is also a licensed advocate from the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association.
