MUSTAFA MUNIR AHMED
Mr. Ahmed is a Partner and operates from the Islamabad office of the Firm. Mr. Ahmed has a Combined Bachelor (LL.B Hons) – Law with Economics, from the University of Buckingham and has completed his Bar Vocational Course in 2008 and was thereafter called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn. Since then, Mr. Ahmed has been practicing in almost all the major facets of civil legal practice.
SAAD SHUAIB WYNE
Mr. Wyne is a Partner operating from the Islamabad office of the Firm. He holds a BBA (Hons.) from the National University of Science and Technology, Pakistan and acquired a degree of LLB (Hons.) from the Buckingham University, UK. He is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2010.
GHAZI KHAN
Mr. Khan is Partner operating from the Islamabad office of the firm. He is mostly responsible for operations of both Afghanistan and Pakistan. Mr. Khan is the focal point of coordination between the offices of the Firm both in International Jurisdictions and in Pakistan. Mr. Khan holds a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Peshawar and has an LLB (Hons.) from the University of London.
BABAR KHAN YOUSAFZAI
Mr. Yousafzai is Partner in-charge of the Firm’s Peshawar office and is a licensed Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has an LLB (Hons.) degree from London Metropolitan University, UK and LLM in International Carriage of Goods from City University London. His area of expertise is Corporate, Banking, Civil and Criminal litigation. He is also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, London.

SAIRA KHALID KHAN
Saira is a Senior Associate, based in the Islamabad offices of the Firm, and has an LLB (Hons) – External from the University of Northumbria, has completed her Bar Professional Training Course in 2013 from BPP University, and was thereafter called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of Lincolns Inn.
FAWAZ MOHAMMAD KHAN
Mr. Fawaz holds an LLB degree from University of London and has been practicing as an Advocate since 2016. Mr. Khan is stationed at the Islamabad office of the Firm. His responsibilities include assisting senior advocates in the cases at Lower and Superior Courts, conducting legal research, and also regulatory matters specifically related to SECP/CRO and DGTO.
HAJRA MALIK
Ms. Malik holds an LLB (Hons) degree Islamia College, Peshawar, and an LLM in International and Maritime Laws from Bahria University, Islamabad. Ms. Malik is stationed at the Firm’s Islamabad office, and is involved in drafting and vetting of variety of commercial and business contracts in relation to various legal matters, including but not limited to, labour disputes, wage disputes, banking matters, companies disputes, family matters, telecommunication law, consumer law related etc.
KHALIQUE ERFAN
Mr. Erfan, B.A., LL.B., and enrolled as an Advocate, has been practicing law for over fifteen years and is a Senior Associate at the Firm.
The Firm taking advantage of Mr. Erfan’s vast experience with specific emphasis on financial, corporate, and banking law and civil laws, has exclusively made him responsible for all litigation matters of the Firm. He appears before the Courts in Pakistan and supervises all litigation matters before the Banking / District / High Courts level.
WASI ULLAH KHAN SURRANI
Mr. Surrani holds his Bachelor in Mass Communication and LL.B from Gomal University Dera Ismail Khan, KPK. Mr. Surrani is stationed at the Islamabad office of the Firm. He has vast experience in Constitution Law, Tax Law, Companies Law, Civil Law, Labour Law, Criminal Law and High Court Litigation in the Federal Capital Territory, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
MUHAMMAD ALI
Mr. Ali holds LLB (Hon) degree and stationed at Peshawar office of the firm. Mr. Ali has been providing expert legal advice, in Civil, Criminal and Family cases and also deals with litigation in the courts with regard to laws of Pakistan. Mr. Ali is also good command on drafting legal opinions as well as legal drafting for court purposes before Civil, Session and High Court.
NIDA KHAN
Ms. Khan is an experienced practicing lawyer at High Courts is an important and energetic Senior Associate at Legal Oracles with pivotal role and responsibilities. Ms. Khan has very strong academic background in law. With continued interest and dedicated efforts in research and innovation domains in the profession of law, Ms. Khan has over the passage of time developed a very sound understanding in almost all major legal fields including fiscal jurisprudence both on theory and practice sides.
SYED USMAN ALI SHAH
Mr. Shah holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from Islamia College and chartered University Peshawar and provides regular advice in Civil, Criminal and Family cases. Mr Shah has good command on legal drafting and legal opinions for court purposes before civil, session and High court.
ANSAB ABDULLAH
Mr. Abdullah works effectively in fluid and fast-paced environment to effectively set and execute on priorities. Comfortable in balancing competing stakeholders and risks to reach acceptable business outcomes. Fond of learning new areas of law quickly and advises company to solve complex challenges. Mr. Abdullah has well-established knowledge of law with 4 years of para-legal and legal experience in litigation, drafting and negotiations.
MUHAMMAD KHALID
Mr. Khalid has been part and parcel of the Firm since 2004. Mr. Khalid holds an LL.B degree from University of Afghanistan and is also a licensed advocate from the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association. Mr. Khalid is an expert on filing and preparation of documents with different Government Ministries and Departments.
TAJWALI KHAN
Mr. Khan holds an LL.B. degree from Khyber Law College University of Peshawar, Pakistan. Mr. Khan has been providing expert legal advice, consultancy and litigation matters both Civil and Criminal, Arbitration, Recovery suits, Matrimonial suits, corporate, Criminal, Winding-up petitions, Consumer rights, Motor accident claims and many more areas including Appearing in cases before District & Session, NAB, Service Tribunal, Labour as well as High Court.
ELAHA NOOR BUKHSH
Ms. Noor Bukhsh holds an LL.B degree from Kabul University. Ms. Noor Bukhsh has a very rich experience vis-à-vis legal drafting, legal research, compliance, and regulatory affairs. Ms. Noor Bukhsh is an expert in Government relations and looks after the firm’s Government Relations with regards to all regulatory, compliance and matters that involve different government departments and ministries. Ms. Noor Bukhsh is a licensed advocate from the Afghanistan Independent Bar Association.
